Shipping & Ordering
We roast weekly on Mondays at our facility in Prince Edward County, Ontario.
Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be fulfilled the following week.
We cannot guarantee same week delivery for any orders placed between Monday-Wednesdays, but will always do our best to accommodate.
If we experience delays for any reason we will keep you informed, but please reach out to email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns about shipping or ordering.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
We will offer replacement product of equal cost if there is significant damage in the shipping process.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate returns on coffee beans. If you are sent an item in error, we will facilitate an exchange to the best of our ability.
In the case of a refund request, please reach out to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can evaluate the issue. Refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We are unable to issue refunds for gift cards, sale items, or for items purchased with gift cards.
